Article Processing Charge (APC)
The journal does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge, and no fee is required during the initial submission or peer-review process.
A publication fee (Article Processing Charge/APC) of USD 6 per accepted article is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review and editorial process and has been accepted for publication.
Student Publication Fee
To support student authors, the journal provides a 30% discount on the Article Processing Charge for authors who are officially enrolled as active students.
With the student discount, the APC is reduced from USD 6 to USD 4.20 per accepted article.
To qualify for the student discount, the author must provide a valid Certificate of Active Student Status issued by the relevant university or higher education institution.
The certificate must confirm that the author is currently enrolled as an active student. The Editorial Team may verify the document before applying the discount.
Full Publication Fee Waiver
The journal may grant a 100% publication fee waiver (full waiver) to selected articles based on editorial consideration.
A full waiver may be considered for manuscripts that demonstrate significant academic, practical, or international value, including:
- manuscripts highly relevant to the journal's scope;
- research addressing the journal's priority topics or Special Topics;
- high-quality and original research;
- research with significant academic or practical contributions;
- research involving meaningful international research collaboration;
- research conducted collaboratively by researchers from institutions in different countries;
- research that contributes to international academic exchange and collaboration; and
- manuscripts considered strategically valuable to the development of the journal and its scholarly community.
For manuscripts involving international research collaboration, the Editorial Team may consider a full waiver when researchers from institutions in different countries make meaningful contributions to the research.
The full waiver is granted on a case-by-case basis and is subject to editorial assessment. Eligibility for a waiver does not guarantee acceptance or publication. All manuscripts must successfully pass the journal's peer-review and editorial processes.
Student and International Collaboration Consideration
The journal is committed to promoting inclusive and accessible scholarly publishing, particularly for students and researchers involved in meaningful international collaboration.
Eligible student authors may receive a 30% APC discount, while selected manuscripts involving meaningful international research collaboration may be eligible for a 100% APC waiver.
Where a manuscript qualifies under more than one category, the Editorial Team will determine the applicable discount or waiver based on the manuscript, author eligibility, and supporting documentation.

Editorial Independence
Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of an author's ability to pay.
Likewise, receiving an APC discount or waiver does not influence the peer-review process or guarantee manuscript acceptance.
The journal does not charge additional fees for manuscript submission or peer review.
